Remember Who You Are
There comes a moment on the path when seeking is no longer enough.
You’ve read the books. Sat in circles. Practiced the meditations.
And still… something deeper calls.
Not to become someone new.
But to remember who you have always been.
My work is devoted to guiding individuals and intimate groups into profound states of remembrance; where awakening is not an abstract idea, but a lived experience grounded in the body, integrated into daily life, and anchored in love.
In both my private and group work, I serve as a bridge between the mystical and the practical; translating expanded states of consciousness into embodied wisdom you can actually live.
No dogma.
No hierarchy.
Just truth. And love.
But my greatest initiation came through a two-year sabbatical of deep inward turning.
Silence. Sacred chant. Devotion. During that time, awakening ceased being conceptual.
It became embodied.
I experienced the direct knowing of unity with God…not as philosophy, but as lived truth.
Today, I do not stand as a guru.
I stand as a mirror. A guide. A woman who has walked through the fire and returned with clarity.
And I walk with others as they remember.
My Path
My own journey began in the shadows of trauma and hardship. Yoga was my first doorway. In a simple savasana in my early twenties, I experienced a depth of connection that changed everything — body, breath, and something far greater.
Over nearly three decades, that spark has carried me through motherhood, marriage, leadership, deep soul healing, and spiritual realization.
I am a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, Reiki Master, meditation teacher, life coach and lifelong student of consciousness and human potential. I have taught and shared in a wide variety of spaces including classrooms, boardrooms and even sports fields, I have served as a non-profit program director, and I founded The Space AZ — a sanctuary for healing and awakening.

I am a wife of 24 years. A mother of three grown children. A business owner. A woman rooted in the earth yet expanded into the stars.
Spiritual realization did not remove me from life.
It deepened me into it.
